Director of Operations
Qais Panjshiri serves as Director of Operations at LEGACI Tomorrow Insurance & Financial Services, based in Sacramento, California. In this role, he holds operational oversight across all of the firm's departments and functions, leading the strategy, systems, and processes that keep every corner of the business running at a high level. From compliance and HR to onboarding and workflow optimization, Qais ensures that Advisors and Sales Managers have the infrastructure they need to focus on what matters most: serving clients.
Since joining LEGACI Tomorrow, Qais has played a key role in building the operational foundation that supports the firm's continued growth and day-to-day excellence.
Qais brings over 15 years of experience across banking, human resources, and financial services operations, including prior roles where he served as Head of New Business and Head of Operations, and holds a bachelor's degree from Sacramento State.
He is driven by a simple conviction: that strong systems create strong teams, and strong teams create exceptional client outcomes.
Outside of the office, he's equally committed to the things that matter most: family, fitness, a good hike, a great book, and exploring great food wherever he can find it.
